Step 1: Forced Hydrogen Cleaning

High-Volume On-Demand Hydrogen for Internal Carbon Removal


We begin the process with Forced Hydrogen injection, using our high-output system that produces over 4,200 liters of pure hydrogen per hour. This high-flow hydrogen is delivered directly into the engine’s air intake while the engine runs at normal operating temperature.


Once inside the combustion chamber:

• The hydrogen burns at a much higher temperature than diesel or gasoline.

• It reacts with carbon deposits, helping to break them down at the molecular level.

• This cleans the internal surfaces of the intake, valves, pistons, and exhaust system — without disassembly.


This chemical-free, sensor-safe process restores performance, improves fuel economy, lowers EGTs, and reduces regen cycles — all in less than an hour and without touching a single bolt.

Step 2: Precision DPF Cleaning

No Filter Removal. No Downtime. Even for Ash-Loaded Systems.


Once the engine has been internally cleaned with hydrogen, we move to the heart of your emissions system: the DPF.


Unlike traditional methods that require removing the filter and baking or blasting it offline, our process is done 100% on-vehicle — even with filters heavily packed with ash. Using proprietary non-flammable, non-alcohol-based soaps and a patented injection process, we introduce cleaning agents directly through the DPF’s temperature sensor port.


This allows our specialized solution to:

• Penetrate and dissolve ash and soot at the molecular level

• Break down deposits

• Flow through the entire substrate to restore original flow characteristics


Once the solution has done its job, we initiate a controlled forced regeneration through the truck’s onboard ECM. During this regen, the dissolved ash and soot are fully expelled — and verified in real time through the vehicle’s diagnostic system.
