To ensure a smooth and efficient service, our technicians will need clear access to the temperature sensor on the DPF filter as well as the cold-side intake of the engine. For insurance and liability reasons, our technicians are not permitted to remove any panels, shields, or components to gain access. We kindly ask that these areas be made accessible prior to our arrival. If your driver or operator does not have tools on hand, our technician will bring an assortment of hand tools that can be loaned as needed to assist with access.

HydroClean Pro’s Carbon B Gone system is a preventative maintenance service, not a diagnostic or repair solution. While there have been cases where a check engine light (CEL) cleared after service—especially when the vehicle was in derate or "limp mode" solely due to excessive ash buildup in the DPF—we cannot guarantee this will be the result in every case. Many times, a CEL may indicate additional or unrelated issues that require mechanical repair. Our service is designed to restore proper flow and performance to your engine and after-treatment system, but it is not a substitute for addressing underlying mechanical or sensor-related faults.

Whether you're in a major metro area or a remote job site, we bring our patented Carbon B Gone cleaning system directly to you. Additional travel fees may apply for long-distance service outside the Hampton Roads region. For fleets or multiple vehicles at the same location, we offer discounted group rates, and long-term service contracts are available for ongoing maintenance needs.
